Panza's menu includes timeless homestyle Italian recipes passed down through generations of the Panza family since 1897, alongside seasonal inspirations from Executive Chef Elliott Vogel and Chef/Owner Tony Panza. The kitchen is dedicated to sourcing thoughtfully and using local, in-season products. Chef Vogel is also a licensed forager and uses ingredients he forages locally whenever possible.
